  • Gift cards and downloadable software products.

Return Process:

  2. Approval: Once we approve your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the product was defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations (e.g., opened items, missing parts, etc.).

Exchanges:

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:

  • Then, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale Items:

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are non-refundable.
